Tips on 'How to find your confidence in the gym'

My baby girl is almost 2 and it not only took me a while to regain confidence in the gym but also in taking photos and videos of myself.

So..

I wanted to reach out to our community and share some tips on how to build confidence in the gym.

It can be intimidating to start working out in a new environment, but with the right mindset and approach, you can feel comfortable and confident in no time.

Here are some suggestions to help you build confidence in the gym:

Start small and set achievable goals: Begin with simple exercises and gradually increase the difficulty level as you become more comfortable.
Setting achievable goals and tracking your progress will help you stay motivated and build confidence over time.

Ask for help: Don't be afraid to ask for assistance from gym staff or personal trainers. They can help you with proper form and technique, as well as provide guidance on which exercises to do.

Focus on yourself: Remember that everyone is at the gym to work on themselves, not to judge others. Instead of worrying about what others think of you, focus on your own goals and progress.

Dress comfortably: Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident. Invest in workout clothes that fit well and are appropriate for your chosen exercises.

Celebrate your achievements: Recognize and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. This will help you build self-confidence and stay motivated. Scale weight is not the only measurement. Take photos, measurements and reflect on how fa you have come with positive daily habits.

I hope you find these tips helpful.
Remember, building confidence takes time and effort.
With the right mindset and approach, you can achieve your fitness goals and feel great in the gym.
